Map Gallery

Each of the map collections below were produced by CIESIN researchers and GIS specialists.  Included are maps at different scales including the entire South Department, Southwest Coast, and Port-à-Piment Watershed level. These maps have been produced in conjunction with reports and studies, and explore the environmental and socio-economic status of communities along Haiti’s southwest coast, with a special focus on progress towards the Millennium Development Goals. They are explicit to the commune or section-communale level.

These maps are presented in JPG format, and are available for use with attribution.
