Elevation in the Port-à-Piment watershed
The elevation levels in the watershed are heterogeneous. Plains and plateaus comprise 66% of the total area (between 0 and 600 meters), whereas mountain cover represents 34% of its surface (at 600 meters and above). The maximum elevation in the watershed is about 2,000 meters, with an average elevation of 512 meters.
